Lobster Boil

Experience a traditional lobster dinner: complete with lemongrass roasted new potatoes, freshly picked vegetables (such as fiddleheads and asparagus), drawn butter, lemons and fennel coleslaw. Bibs and picks will be provided for the complete maritime experience on the Port Greville beach, the highest tides in the world setting the backdrop. For dessert, a maritime classic: blueberry cake with homemade brown sugar sauce. These lobster dinners are only on in the summer.

Tribute to Fall Dinner

Four local chefs contributed to this amazing event in fall of 2007: Darcy Snell from The Lightkeeper's Kitchen at Cape D'or, Andrew Aitken & Sarah Griebel from The Beach Cafe at Spencers Island, as well as Ghost in the Kitchen's own, Chef Glenn Wheaton. Special thanks to Geoff Macnamara from The Green Man Adventures and Charles Hume.

This event was completed with great success and $1567 was raised for the Shore Drive Community Development Association!
